I’m reading your blog because I only now know Neil Diamond was diagnosed with PD. I wasn’t a huge fan. But I certainly respect his career and contribution to our musical culture. But, then, of course, I thought Michael and Linda. I wanted more of their talents. I know it’s a bit high school, but I’m crazy about Linda. She’s amazing. And Michael, I have always admired and respected greatly. What I’m getting at is, when I hear about someone I love (even if from a very far) being diagnose with PD I get emotional and angry. I really liked reading your words and really appreciate your humor. I hope they kill this ****ing disease. And I really hope I’m not saying the wrong thing. Thanks, so much, for your blog. I understand, living with what life gives you is paramount. And you’re setting a great example. I had HepC for 30 years. I finally was cured. But, I wasn’t expecting it. I carried on and got lucky. I really hope you do to. But, in the mean time, keep up the laughs and smiles, and thanks for sharing!
I know exactly what you mean! Every person that gets diagnosed, even if I don’t know them, feels like a hit to the stomach. Thank you for your comment.
